- All quotations are valid for a period of 14 days after which they are subject to change as a result of changes in exchange
rates, freight costs and prices from suppliers.
- All prices quoted exclude Vat and any taxes, duties or levies payable in countries outside the Republic of South Africa.
- Once the quotation, terms and conditions have been signed the order is binding on both parties and can only be cancelled
with the written consent of Arrow Trading Corporation which reserves the right to charge a handling fee equal to the amount
of the deposit.
- If the buyer requires any changes to be made after the order has been signed these changes can only be made with written
consent of Arrow Trading Corporation which reserves the right to amend the quotation accordingly and the buyer hereby
agrees to accept any and all additional costs as a result of the changes.
- Orders may be subject to a lead time of approximately 8 weeks from the date of the confirmation of order to allow for the
manufacture of the goods by suppliers, installation may take to 1 working day, under no circumstances will
Arrow Trading Corporation be liable for any damages or consequential damages as a result of failure to deliver or install
on due date nor shall such failure to deliver or install on due date entitle the buyer to cancel the order or claim any reduction
in the purchase price or withhold any of the purchase price.
- The prices quoted include the cost of a maximum of 1 day for installation team to complete the installation.
Any additional days required will be charged for a rate of R8,000 per day.
- It is sole responsibility of the buyer to obtain all approvals required from municipal authorities or any other authorities.
- The goods supplied remains the sole property of Arrow Trading Corporation until Arrow Trading Corporation has
received payment for the goods supplied in full.
- The buyer is required to sign that the goods have been received in good condition upon delivery therefore all risks pass
to the buyer who is required to insure that goods for the full amount stipulated in the quotation inclusive of VAT for as
long as any portion of the purchases price is owing to Arrow Trading Corporation, the buyer hereby ceded the insurance
policy covering the goods to Arrow Trading Corporation until Arrow Trading Corporation has received payment in full for
the goods supplied.
- Interest will be charged on any late payments at the maximum permissible rate.
- The buyer shall not be entitled to set any amount that may be owing to the buyer by Arrow Trading Corporation in terms
of this agreement.
- PRICES QUOTED EXCLUDE:
12.1. Earthworks or building alterations required
12.2. Electrical cost relating to installation/ equipment. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that there is adequate power
supply for the installation/equipment.
12.3. Plumbing required to installation/equipment.
12.4. Ducting and flashings
12.5. Waterproofing
12.6. Air supply to equipment
12.7. Transport costs
12.8. Cost of offloading at site, It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that there is adequate equipment onsite.
